Your photographs. Yours to use.
Every package includes edited high-resolution photographs and web-ready versions. Copyright in the delivered photographs transfers to your club after full payment, confirmed in writing, so you can use them across your website, social media, advertising and printed materials.
Agreed before the shoot. We confirm the locations, time on site, number of finished photographs and delivery date before you book. Each package covers one visit, planned around course access and suitable weather. Any travel charges are confirmed upfront, and we agree what happens if the weather requires a change of date. Extra visits and seasonal shoots are quoted separately.

Before you book a shoot.
How much does golf club photography cost?
Packages cost £495, £795 or £995, depending on the coverage you need. We agree what’s included and any travel costs before you book.
Will we need to close the course?
No. I work around normal play and coordinate access with your team. Your course stays open.
Can you photograph all 18 holes?
Yes. I can plan a shoot covering all 18 holes. Depending on the course and the light, this may need more than one visit.
When is the best time for a shoot?
When the course is in good condition and the light suits the shots. I’ll help choose a date and time around your club diary.
What if the weather is unsuitable?
I’ll discuss a better time or date with you. We agree how rescheduling works before you book.
Will our club own the photographs?
Yes. Copyright in the finished photographs transfers to your club after full payment, confirmed in a written agreement. For free founding-club shoots, it transfers when I deliver the images.
I retain permission to show agreed images in my portfolio and marketing. RAW files and unused shots are not included.
Can we use them across our marketing?
Yes. Use them on your website, social media, emails, adverts and printed materials. There are no ongoing licensing fees from me.
How many images will we get, and when?
We confirm the number of edited photographs and the delivery date before you book.
Do we need to book a website as well?
No. You can book photography on its own and use the images on your existing website and marketing materials.
Do you travel outside Cheshire?
Yes. I work with clubs across the UK. Any travel or accommodation costs are included in your quote before you book.
Founding clubs
A free website and photography for selected founding clubs.
I’m building my golf club portfolio and looking for clubs to work with. The founding-club offer includes a website and a half-day photography shoot at no charge.
Website design & build
A mobile-friendly website with up to eight core pages, image galleries, enquiry forms and links to your existing tee-time booking system.
Course photography
A half-day shoot of agreed holes and facilities, with edited photographs for your new website and other club marketing.
In return, I ask for honest feedback and permission to feature the finished work in my portfolio. A positive testimonial is never a condition.
Apply for a free websiteWebsite design, build and the agreed photography shoot are free. Hosting, ongoing management and any paid third-party services are separate and agreed upfront. No automatic monthly retainer.
